Hi, I’m Michelle
My extensive corporate career involved managing some of the biggest golf courses, with even bigger budgets and egos to handle. But the flat, uniform grass of the greens never compared to the bumpy, rough grass of fields I was more used to ones with horses grazing or galloping.
And I realised, I needed to mix horses and business.
For over a decade, I’ve supported business owners and equine professionals with operational management, systems, and strategic support - combining business clarity with a deep understanding of how equine-based businesses actually function.
I work with a small number of clients at a time, offering calm, consistent, multilingual support built on trust, discretion, and long-term partnership.
This is about doing things properly and doing them well.
